Can I upload an iMazing or other third party backup?

No. Our own free iMessage Exporter is the only supported way to export iPhone messages.

No. We do not interface with third party apps or files. Our own iMessage Exporter, which you download in step two of the iPhone guide, produces the only file format we support.

The good news: the exporter is free, and the guide walks you through every step. If you get stuck anywhere, contact us and we will get you through it.
