Q: How do I select which messages go in my book?

After your chat uploads, choose "Use all messages" to include everything, or "Select messages manually" to hand pick. In manual mode, click a message to select it and hold Shift while clicking to select a whole range at once.

In manual selection, picking messages works like this:

Click any message to select it. Click again to deselect.

To select a range, click the first message, then hold Shift and click the last one. Everything in between is selected at once.

Shift click also works in reverse. If the messages you click are already selected, the whole range is deselected.

Your selections save automatically as you go. Look for the "Saved" indicator near the top of the screen.

Tip: Nothing is permanent here. You can change your selection any time before you save, and even after that you can edit every message in the book editor.
