How do I add or adjust photos?
Photos from your export come in automatically. You can add more with image messages, crop any photo, and set how large images print.
Photos, stickers, and GIFs from your chat export come into the book automatically, right where they were sent. GIFs print as their first frame.
To add a photo that was not in the export, hover a message, click an insert arrow, and choose "Received image" or "Sent image", then pick the photo from your computer.
To crop a photo, hover it and click "Edit image" in the toolbar.
To change how large photos print, open "Options" in the sidebar and set "Image size" to Small, Medium, or Large. One photo deserving a different size? The "Edit image" window also has a size picker with a live preview that overrides the book setting for just that photo.
Note: Videos do not print. For a video you cannot bear to leave out, some customers add a photo from it and describe the moment with a narration underneath.
