My Forever Books provides a platform for users to create personalized books from their text messages. We offer services including, but not limited to, message importing, book customization, and book printing.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
4. User Content and Rights
You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service. By using our Service, you grant My Forever Books a limited license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of creating your book. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purposes without your explicit consent.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to create books containing:
- Content that infringes on the rights of others
- Explicit or pornographic material
- Any other content that violates applicable laws or regulations
6. Acceptable Use Policy
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems

8. Data Retention and Security
We securely store your uploaded content, your text messages, to provide our Service. Your messages are encrypted in our database to protect sensitive information. We are unable to see your messages in our database. You can delete your uploaded content at any point within your dashboard.
9. Customization and Proofing
While we strive to accurately represent your customized book, it is your responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for errors in content, design, or layout that were present in the approved proof.
10. Payment Terms
By purchasing a book through our Service, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your order. All charges and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
11. Shipping and Delivery
We will make every effort to ship your book within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as customs processing or postal/courier delays.
12. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it enters production. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible or may incur additional fees. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
13. Refunds and Returns

14. Limitation of Liability
