At My Forever Books, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized books that meet your expectations. We take pride in our products and want you to feel confident buying from us.
Book Credit Purchases
Book credits are purchased separately from the final printed book. If you purchase a book credit and have not used it, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original book credit purchase date.
After 30 days, book credit purchases are no longer refundable. We try to be generous here, but we need a clear limit in order to keep the policy fair and consistent.
If you are past the 30-day refund window and would like help transferring an unused book credit to someone else, please contact us. We cannot guarantee every transfer, but we will do our best to help when possible.
Final Proof Review
Before finalizing your order, we provide a detailed proof preview of your book. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review this proof for any errors in content, design, or layout. Once you submit your final proof, we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that were present in the approved proof.
Print Quality and Variations
My Forever Books utilizes a global network of print partners to ensure efficient production and delivery of your books. While we maintain high standards across all our print providers, please note that there may be slight variations in color and print quality between orders. These minor differences are a normal part of the printing process and do not constitute a defect or grounds for a refund.
Printed Books
Due to the personalized nature of our printed products, we do not offer refunds once a book has been printed and shipped. Each book is custom-made based on your specific design and content, making it unsuitable for resale.
Resolution of Issues
If you encounter any issues with your printed order that you believe are due to an error on our part, please contact our customer service team immediately. While we do not refund books that have already been printed and shipped, we are committed to finding a reasonable solution when there is a production problem on our end.
If a book arrives clearly damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error or shipping damage, please contact us and provide proof so we can verify the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Book Credits Purchased for Someone Else
You may purchase book credits for someone else. If those book credits remain unused, the original purchaser may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds for gifted book credits can only be requested by the original purchaser and can only be returned to the original payment method. The recipient of a gifted book credit is not eligible to receive the refund directly.
Once a gifted book credit has been used, redeemed, or transferred, it is no longer eligible for refund.
